Our “Aroma in the House” specialty coffee, sourced from the Baraona family, is a testament to their impeccable processing techniques and a diverse range of coffee varieties. Each sip invites you to experience the unique flavour nurtured in the volcanic soils of Los Pirineos, offering a rich balance and invigorating taste that speaks to the distinct terroir of this majestic setting.

The Origin of the Name

In 2023, Hyperbatch proudly participated in the Golden Bean Australasia with four filter coffee entries, one of which was "Aroma in the House." Our philosophy is simple: we aim to keep our products as natural and uncomplicated as possible, even in competitions. We believe that each coffee bean is endowed with unique characteristics by nature, and our role is to bring out these natural gifts and let them shine. The only thing left for us is to give each coffee a name that isn't too flashy but effectively communicates our first impression of the bean.

During the selection stage for the competition, our excitement was palpable as we roasted the test batch. The aromas that filled our roasting space were nothing short of captivating, leading to the creation of "Aroma in the House." This name perfectly encapsulates our initial experience with this exceptional coffee. We invite you to enjoy this blend and share in the delight we felt when we first roasted it.
